EXPECTATIONS: We are looking to hire experienced sales people and loan officers to generate fundable loans, working out of your home or your own office. We need highly motivated closers to take advantage of our targeted marketing leads. As a result financial success will be your reward.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Preferably candidates will have:

· Knowledge of key lending concepts such as debt/income ratio, loan to value percentages, and credit.

· 1+ years of mortgage loan experience is preferred.

· We do require 1+ years of verified sales experience.

· You will be required to obtain your Texas Loan Officers License.

· College Degree is preferred but not required.
